Coming from a multi-cultural and diverse background, I am a strategic, inclusive, and collaborative design leader who champions design thinking and creativity to build best-in-class consumer experiences. Over the course of a multi-disciplinary career leading both agency and client-side teams, I have successfully fused strategic thinking with award-winning design, with a focus on diversity and holistic viewpoints. Throughout my career, I have led the development, creation, and broader impact of some of the world’s most iconic brands and companies.

With nearly 20 years of experience in creative direction, design strategy, branding, 360-campaigns, design systems, packaging, photo and video art direction, visual identity systems, illustration, environmental design, event design, lettering and typography, interactive communication, and building teams. I continue to develop and lead teams aligning to brand strategy and consistent storytelling, paired with design solutions that are aspirational, relevant, diverse, and bold.
