Intuitive Portraits
With the broad reach of Intuitive, and the many different groups of people we interacted with, a consistent style and approach to portrait photography was needed. I developed the approach, balancing the humanity of the people who work on the brand, for the company, or as representatives, with the important work we do. Maintaining a balance between intelligent, serious, and joyful, we needed to strike the right balance showcasing our people who tackle serious problems, but also showcase their humanity in warm and caring ways. We also were able to incorporate some of our brand colors into the backdrops, which would allow the process to be repeatable, ownable, and on brand, regardless of the location for the photoshoots.
This approach helped us to achieve the goals of having ownable photography across various different groups that interact with Intuitive; c-suite executives, surgeons, internal employees, and patients.
