Intuitive ERGs
Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), are some of the ways internal employees within Intuitive can continue to build awareness and community. These individual groups were created, and led, by various internal employees who wanted to create opportunities for their under-represented communities to have more space for themselves, and chances to reach out with others for support, recruiting, and building shared spaces.
Creating representative marks for each group, that would ladder back up to the Intuitive brand, was not a simple task. Ultimately we had multiple rounds of discussion with each group to understand their charters, their needs, who they looked to for inspiration, so that we could ultimately mirror back to them a mark that resonated. Each of these marks relates back to the “portal” found within the Intuitive logo, which is the tittle. Though circular in nature, each mark speaks directly to the individual groups, cultural heritage, or familiar shapes within those communities.
What is most important, ultimately, is the people that we represent.
